My husband and I got married in Hawaii and Laurie flew out to accompany us! Laurie was the most amazing photographer, she’s professional, personal, and a true joy to be around. Icing on the cake, her pictures were out of this world! She also followed us to Hana for a 5 mile hike in the humidity after a tropical storm for a “newlywed session”!! Let me tell you with the drive, it was a 12 hour day!

How long have you been the wedding photography game?

As a professional Hawaii wedding photographer, I’ve been photographing weddings of all shapes and sizes for the last 10 wedding seasons and have captured over 100, my word I think almost 200… different wedding experiences across the globe.

There is not skimping on experience here, I am not about just trying to buff up my portfolio I am all about capturing the authenticity of your wedding day just as it  unfolds in front of my lens. 

We are taking to the woods for our nuptials, do you have options for this?

Ohhhh yes- I love the intimate, adventurous heart and soul of elopements for 2 people and the wrap you up in a hug of love + support of the grand weddings with 500 people, 200 of which are your cousins. Them dance floooooors…. I’m in!

My wedding is on the cliffs of the Southern Italian Coast, do you travel?

CIAO BEBES!! My passport is up to date and ready to go – I can meet you anywhere and everywhere for your big day!

We are looking for some vendor insight - do you have any recommendations?

I sure do! I have worked with some of the best vendors and love to share their brilliance with you. Get yourself a team of pros that always works seamlessly together…. genius decision!

I am having a Midwestern, winter wedding, which means it is dark around 4:00 pm - do you shoot those?

Yes, of course! But, for evening winter weddings, I insist on a first look. Or we could talk about having your ceremony earlier in the day. As a natural light photographer I want to provide you with a portfolio that you have sought me out for, which means we will need to make the most of the daylight we get on your surely magical day.
