Ohhhhh happy day : ) That is exactly what this day was for everyone that was fortunate enough to be there to witness Keith + Kaitlyn as they shared their vows and officially became married! Alright, first things first – I recommend clicking this link and blasting this tune as you scroll through this post…. Tunes! Alright now that we’ve taken care of that…. Kaitlyn and Keith were married on a lovely Spring day surrounded by so much tradition, including tons of nods to NOLA – where Keith’s family has a long history. On top of that, these two were married on Kaitlyn’s parent’s wedding anniversary. Family is clearly key to these two and you could feel that throughout the day!
Oh a little more tradition — Kaitlyn’s engagement ring belonged to Keith’s Great-Grandma and Keith’s wedding band was his paternal Grandfathers.
I’m not crying, you’re crying!
This beauty!!!!
Haaaaa – this sweet moment of Keith going, oh hold on wait, let me write out a card for you to bring to Kaitlyn : )
I looooooove love love when I can get Momma watching her son’s face as his bride is walking down the aisle, always a most favorite moment!
Hands tell lovely stories : )
This moment made me smile so wide, Kaitlyn always kind of tucked herself into Keith, it was perfectly them!
They Marrrrrrried!!
Yes. Yes. Yes.
You guuuuys : )
This makes my heart so happy!
LOVE.
You two are the bestest : ) You’ve got some contagious love about y’all and I’m so very lucky to have been there to capture it all!
Time for the party to start!
You guys – this is the Four Star Brass Band. THEY WERE AMAZING! Hire them for everything.

A few words from the newlyweds::
Most hilarious moment of the day?: When one of my bridesmaids sat on a Styrofoam cooler on the trolley, it broke, and she fell into the cooler.
Would you have done anything differently?: I did most planning well in advance but left a few extra things like gift bags and programs to finalize in the last few days. If I did it again, I would definitely do those things at least a week out to make those last few days stress-free.
Favorite moment from your day?: I loved the whole day, I can’t choose, but Keith says his favorite moment was when he saw me at the end of the aisle.
Any tips or tricks for future couples planning their weddings?: Do as much as you can in advance so you can relax in the days leading up to the wedding & make sure you have solid vendors like Elle Rose Photo! Pictures are such an important thing to have after your wedding and it was nice to know that was one thing I didn’t have to worry about when working with Laurie. (Laurie here, totally blushing : )

Kaitlyn + Keith — thank you, thank you, thank you so very much for having us there to capture your gorgeous day, we had the absolute greatest time with you guys and your wonderful bridal party + families. It was just so much fun getting to ride along for the laughing + dancing + happy tears! You two are absolutely meant to be with each other – it is just so evident to anyone around you! Huge congrats + thanks again, XO – Laurie
