When I sat down and met with Dallas + PJ to talk about their wedding day I went into with the outlook I usually have. I walked out of there with the biggest smile on my face : ) These two were describing their wedding day – and it was just so, well, them! Just sitting with them for a bit and I got this feeling of excitement for them – these two were meant to be. They light up with these contagious beaming smiles when they look at one another and just laugh together. Which is awesome. Plus their wedding day was delightful perfection. The food trucks, the mixed dresses, the string lights, all the happy tears (Yeah, I’m looking at you PJ) the speeches, and a nonstop packed dance floor – it was all just, well, the best day ever.
As a wedding photographer in Hawaii, I had fun with this crew from the minute I walked in – and wrangling this many Southsiders in bridal party pictures felt like a really awesome feat! Alright – so I loved these two, and I loved this day…. just like everyone else who loves them. Let’s get on with the pretty!!
